What we collect

If you send the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration, postcode and whatever you write in the message. If you call or message us on WhatsApp we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, quote for the work, and carry out the job. Your vehicle registration is needed to identify the right key and equipment before we travel. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

Who sees it

Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to us by our form provider and emailed to our own address. The website is hosted by Beloved Websites on servers in the UK and Europe, behind Cloudflare. Nobody else receives your details except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, then deleted. Job records are kept as long as we need them for tax and insurance purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor numbers are counted by Cloudflare without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
